Do you have this site bookmarked? Well, under that bookmark, put this bookmark so you remember to subscribe. These guys had a brilliant to-the-rescue idea and followed through. They gave me my first free copy at the New Orleans Book Fair years ago, and look at them now.

It seemed poetic, that last post, the poetics of type. So I made a little image poem. And am posting it here. Because it was so lovely. I doubtless didn't improve it, and I hope you don't mind, dear Ms. Ehrhardt, but a riff should be shared. Yes?

Fonts.

There's a typeface named for us. Or vice versa. I have a problem - akin to a wooden ear? - with seeing the subtle differences between typefaces. Is it me, or does this font look like Dante or Albertina. Wish my typeface last name was Pastonchi.
